    Dr. Rathigah Marimuthu graduated as a doctor from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in 1995. She then further obtained her specialist degree in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2006.

    As a Consultant Anaesthetist in KL fertility centre, Dr Rathigah is responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout fertility procedures including egg retrieval and other minor surgical interventions.

    Her role includes:

    • Conducting detailed pre-procedure assessments to ensure patients are fit for sedation.
    • Delivering personalised anaesthesia and sedation tailored to individual needs.
    • Monitoring vital signs closely during procedures for optimal safety.
    • Managing post-procedure recovery to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

    With her expertise and calm approach, she supports patients at every stage, providing reassurance and maintaining the highest standards of care.
