    FERTILITY CHECK UP

A fertility check-up involves a series of assessments to evaluate reproductive health in both men and women. It is commonly recommended for individuals or couples who wish to better understand their fertility status or plan their next steps with confidence.

    OVULATION INDUCTION

Ovulation induction is a simple treatment designed to gently encourage your ovaries to release an egg. Introducing selected fertility medications which helps regulate or stimulate ovulation in women with irregular cycles to improve the chances of achieving pregnancy.

    INTRA-UTERINE INSEMINATION

IUI, or intrauterine insemination, involves placing prepared, washed sperm directly into the uterus during ovulation, by removing seminal fluid and selecting the most active sperm, we create a ready-to-use sample capable of fertilising the egg. IUI is a common first-line fertility treatment for couples with mild male factor or unexplained infertility because it is minimally invasive, cost-effective, and improves the chances of conception by delivering high-quality sperm (a sample containing a high concentration of motile, healthy sperm) closer to the egg.

    IN-VITRO FERTILISATION (IVF)

In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) is a well-established fertility treatment in which eggs are fertilised with sperm outside the body before the resulting embryo is transferred into the uterus. This approach is commonly recommended for a wide range of infertility conditions.

    INTRA CYTOPLASMIC SPERM INJECTION (ICSI)

Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) is an advanced fertilisation technique used in IVF treatment for couples with male factor infertility, where a single sperm is injected directly into an egg when natural sperm penetration is impaired, resulting in a higher fertilisation rate during IVF.

    PRE-IMPLANTATION GENETIC TESTING (PGT-A)

PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy) is performed during IVF to check embryos for chromosome abnormalities. By identifying embryos with the correct chromosome number, PGT-A may help reduce miscarriage risk and support better embryo selection for a successful pregnancy.

    PRE-IMPLANTATION GENETIC TESTING (PGT-M)

PGT-M lets parents who are carriers of specific single-gene disorders test their IVF embryos before implantation. By extracting a few cells from each embryo, it identifies those free from the condition, such as thalassemia, a common blood disorder in Asian countries. This allows selection of healthy embryos for transfer.

    SPERM FREEZING

Medical treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery, and special cases like high-stress situations impairing sperm production or inability to be present for IVF. These often threaten fertility planning and delay fatherhood. Semen freezing solves this by collecting and preserving your sperm at -196°C for long-term storage. Retrieve it anytime for IVF or insemination, securing your fertility and giving you complete control over your family planning.

    EGG FREEZING

Age-related fertility decline, medical treatments like chemotherapy or radiation, and life demands such as career priorities or delayed partnering often shrink your motherhood window, risking missed chances for family. Egg freezing counters this by preserving your eggs for long-term storage – your “bioinsurance” for reproductive health. Thaw and use them later with IVF when the time is right, restoring control over your family planning.

    FERTILITY DIET & NUTRITION

Fertility diet and nutrition is not about strict rules. It focuses on making smart choices in eating habits and lifestyle to support optimal reproductive health. This service is commonly recommended for individuals or couples who wish to optimise overall wellbeing and the quality of life experienced by women, which can positively influence fertility and improve the chances of conception.

    SEMEN ANALYSIS

Hidden fertility roadblocks, like low sperm count, poor motility, abnormal morphology, or even undetected infections, can stall conception without warning, leaving couples in the dark. This quick, non-invasive test delivers a full sperm health report, spotting issues early. Either treat infections with simple antibiotics, optimize other factors, or confidently plan next steps like timed intercourse or IVF with the fertility specialist to boost parenthood chances.
